The venue

Built in the 1950s to sort mail for the Lille metropolitan area, the Tripostal was transformed into a cultural venue on the occasion of "Lille 2004, European Capital of Culture".

Since then, it has remained a hub for art and cultural life, located in the heart of the city between Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations. Its three 2,000-square-meter floors host major exhibitions, as well as performances, festivals, evening events, and artist residencies.
